Oh boy, June sure went by fast! Here are some pics of my June from my Instagram feed. Lots of lovely flowers and peaches from the garden. Unfortunately not much sewing going on, just a lot of jam making :)  

How was your June? Did you finish all the projects that you had planned?

I'm really looking forward to July; hopefully a more productive month sewing wise. And simply enjoy the long warm days of summer.

Goodbye May

Where did the month go? It felt as if May went by so quickly... but it was a great month. Fun birthday celebrations and lots of cake (maybe too much). The weather has been great around here and plenty of plants are blooming in the garden, so I got to enjoy fresh flower in the house too. The fruits and veggies from the garden are doing great and we did get to enjoy some already. Even though we don't expect a big yield this year since we are re-configuring our planting beds, we savor every bit that we get.

  

Good bye May... now I'm really looking forward to June and the summer weather.

April Recap

Happy May Day! It feels like April went by so fast. It was a very busy month at work; yet it was filled with fun sewing projects and petty flowers from the garden. I'm really looking forward to what May will bring (my Birthday is in May, yeay!).

March Recap

March went by so fast! I can't believe it is already April 1st. (I hope nobody played any practical jokes on you today!). My favorite part about March was that Spring arrived around here. I love seeing all the plants coming back to life after being dormant all winter. Also, spring means it is time to start planting our vegetable garden! Now I'm really looking forward to what April will bring.

February 2013: A Recap Intagram Style

At the beginning of the year I had the resolution of taking more pictures and maybe doing the so popular photo diary Project 365. Well January went by and nothing happened... January is the worst month when it  comes to keeping  New Year's resolutions (at least in my case). But I thought any month is as good as any to start a  project. And I did it! Here is a recap of February from my Instagram. 

February was a fun month: I bought some great fabrics to add to my collection, worked on my WIP and Spring started to show sings that it is going to arrive soon. I enjoyed having the most beautiful flowers around the house. How was February for you?
