A Picture... A Moment


Picking vegetables from the garden. The zucchinis are producing so much... Oh what to do with so much zucchini?

  1. We make zucchini loaf then freeze it for the winter. We also freeze grated zucchini in case we eat up all the loaf we can make some more!

  2. The other really lovely option is jam! I made cougette(UK speak for Zucchini) and Ginger jam two years ago, using golden cougettes. It was yummy! The recipe was for green ones, but the golden were really pretty too!
